Pamela Smith began working at The Granite house in 2022 as a clinician and currently serves as the Clinical Director. She has 7 years of clinical experience working in outpatient and residential treatment centers. She has 19 years of experience working in the field of mental health holding various positions at community mental health centers and inpatient treatment facilities. She holds a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently licensed as an MLADC. She is in the process of obtaining her LCMHC licensure as well. Pamela is dedicated to serving the clients with compassion as well as supporting the team of clinicians. She has worked extensively with adults with co-occurring disorders. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. She particularly enjoys running groups using the Seeking Safety curriculum.
In Pamela’s down time she enjoys spending time with her pets which include cats and a rabbit. In the summer she is a camping and kayaking enthusiast.
