The Granite House is a residential treatment center located in the heart of charming Derry, New Hampshire. Our program provides evidence-based clinical treatment for adult men and women, 18 and older, struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. We serve residents who are covered by New Hampshire Medicaid.

Our full continuum of care includes medical detox for clients who do not need medical intervention, are not in danger to themselves and are capable of self-evacuation in an emergency. Clients will transition from detox to our residential treatment center, partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program.
