Great program! The program and staff provided me with the tools I needed to get sober. I went through the program within the first few months of GMTC opening. I am now close to achieving 9 years of sobriety. I love that the program provides 12-step treatment. The staff have always been loving and caring. I am forever grateful for my experience at GMTC.

Amazing place!

I believed I was beyond help, having spent 2/3 of my life in the clutches of alcoholism and addiction. It nearly killed me. Never having gone to treatment, I was terrified at the thought of rehab and being away from my young son for even 30 days. But I spent 111 life-saving days here, with the most amazing people I’ve ever met, staff and clients, and truly transformed my life. The Mountain gave me a chance at the life I was intended to live. I’m forever grateful to this place. If I can succeed, anyone can, trust me.

Green Mountain Treatment Center saved my life. I was sick and scared when I arrived, but the transformation that occurred for me during the 80 days I spent on the mountain was nothing short of a miracle.I quickly recognized that hard work on my part needed to be done, or I'd be miserable and missing out on the gifts of the program. Thankfully, there is an incredible staff in place who walked with me through the introspection I had to do and showed me that recovery was possible. I marked 5 months sober yesterday and I truly believe that God removed my alcoholic obsession while I was on the mountain.Everyone's experience is different and I can only speak of my own, but I personally could not see myself succeeding as I did in any other facility. I'll be thankful to Green Mountain for the rest of my life.

Our daughter is a client at GMTC, our experience has been nothing but positive. The beautiful setting provides the calm and serenity she needs during her stay. The style of treatment is all inclusive- GMTC incorporates spirituality, self reflection, accountability, and responsibility. Amadeus saved my life, he is a great friend of mine and when I was struggling he drove 2 1/2 hours to pick me up and get me to treatment in a snow/ice storm. The man goes above and beyond for his own recovery, green mtn clients, his co-workers and the people in his life in general. As the alumni coordinator he ensures that green mtn graduates and alumni have fun events to look forward to after they leave treatment. Can’t say enough about him and how important he was in helping me through one of the worst times of my life. Green mtn treatment center as an organization is the best place for recovery and drug and alcohol treatment in New England in my opinion. Also, huge shoutout to Kendra Darling & Matt Polovick (silver fox) who have also been detrimental in my recovery and supporting me as well. All the 12 step coordinators are dedicated and compassionate individuals that I’ve watched changed peoples lives on the mtn, including mine, can’t recommend the establishment enough.Thank you,Mitch

Where to start? Green mountain has a revolutionary approach to substance and alcohol rehabilitation. They have options many other rehabs do not. Mostly they offer love and compassion as well as community, which are not very common in the rehab industry. This place is a godsend, I wouldn't be where I am today without it. I owe everything to this facility. Thank you to the staff and clients for saving my mind, body, and spirit. 🤍🤍🤍
